At Genesee, we believe that leadership doesn’t come with a title – it’s something everyone brings to the table. That’s why this National Boss’s Day, we took the time to celebrate the leadership that each and every member of the team brings to the table. To mark the occasion, we decided to do something special – we shut down production for a half-day and took the entire team on a bus to TopGolf for an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and team bonding.
A Fun Day Away from the Office
We kicked off the day by boarding a bus together, creating a sense of excitement from the start. Once at TopGolf, our team was ready to swing into action! From first-timers to seasoned golfers, everyone had a blast hitting targets, competing in relays, and sharing tips. It was a memorable day full of laughter, high-fives, and great food!
But this day wasn’t just about golf – it was about taking time to strengthen the bonds that make Genesee such a great place to work. Whether in the office or on the golf range, we know that when we come together, we’re stronger.
Celebrating Leadership at Every Level
At Genesee, leadership isn’t defined by titles. We believe every role is essential, and each person contributes to our success in meaningful ways. By stepping away from our usual routine, we had the chance to celebrate everyone’s contributions in a unique way. Taking time to bond outside the workplace allows us to return to the job with renewed energy, a fresh perspective, and stories to recount for years to come. It also shows that leadership comes in many forms – whether you’re hitting targets at TopGolf or hitting production goals at work.
