Ashley’s career in manufacturing exemplifies resilience and adaptability. After joining Genesee Group in 2018, she embraced the challenges that came her way, including stepping into multiple roles during the rebuild efforts after the devastating 2020 tornado that decimated our Mt. Juliet facility. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for quality management, a field where she continues to thrive.
